League of Legends...Cassiopeia?
I've been wanting to try her for a long time but I haven't seen her available at all as a free champion. I like to play Ez, Lux, Ahri, they are currently my favorites. So would it be worth the riot points to buy her even though I haven't tried her out yet?
Oops I mean Influence Points not riot points. :P

I'd go ahead and buy her, the worst that would happen is you do not like her. The best thing about league is even if you buy a champion, and may not like her now, you are almost certain to like her in the future. I have champions that I had never liked, but now I play them non stop. It's league logic, and it's awesome :)
If you are looking into suggesting changes, or new league information I'd check out http://www.leaguepetition.com/ which is new, but Riot themselves gave them the go on the site, and said that ideas that are well enough will be added to the game.

I'm pretty sure she was free to play a couple months ago so you might have to wait a while for her to be free. But with her poison fang and ultimate she has some great abilities. Still, everyone's taste in champs are different so I would probably go to a friends house and try her out or watch a lot of gameplay. Hope I helped:)

I don't think the champiosn that you like are anything like Cassiopeia. You should wait for a free week or ask to go on a friend's account to try her from there! OR you could quit League of Legends and play Battle for Graxia like all the other cool kids ;P
