GUY IS THIS CLINGY !?
My friend met this guy thru her dad . The guy was looking for a female or gf or potential wife i guess anyway they met and he texted her everyday bt recently he takes too long to respond or doesnt respond at all he does work grayeyard shift however if a guy really is interested they would make time for u right but wat if their just excuses and he just doesnt wanna text back but when they text he always askes how are you etc and apologizes for texting late . Is she being too clingy ?

Yeah, she is. She needs to give him some space and see if that draws him back in; if not, then he's lost interest (and/or she's scared him away).
I know it's tough, but she needs to let him have some room and stop pestering him.

Yeah, it kind of sounds to me like she's being clingy. This guy was probably really excited to talk to her in the beginning so he made an effort to text her often, but after awhile he got worn out. If he is busy, he is busy. So what if he doesn't text back immediately, as long as he texts back then he is still interested. If she wants to talk to him that badly, she should call him or plan something with him.

Yes because he has a job and probably takes it very seriously. Ask him when is the best time you can freely text/call him.
