I have a home to swap?
I want a house in FL .. The FL people want my house in TX.. We have no mortgagees, properties are pretty equal in value.. We are have a time finding someone to do the exchange, Title Companies only work in the state the houses is in. Cant seem to find a Real Estate Lawyer.. It seems to complicated. What to do to make it easy for both parties..??

Most foreclosed homes are sold as is and the buyer must live in the house for something like the first year.

Forget the swapping part. That's insane.
You buy their property. They buy your property.
All title searches need to be done by lawyers, etc.
Again, stay clear and run away from swapping homes.
