Under Hindu Succession Act in India, what is the format of a relinquishment deed ...?

For renouncing my share of Ancestral Property in favour of one of the other heirs without any monetory consideration? Can this be executed in a court in a city other than where the property is situated?

    A notarised affidavit executed anywhere in India would be sufficient for relinquishment of your rights over the property. You may have to confirm to the court in person that you have relinquished the rights as per the affidavit submitted in the court.

    my house under Old Lal dora-1908-1909, and the same possession by my parents since 1980, but any type of documents are not attested by notary or Registered. ?
