Probably the NRA. They do it at the instruction of the gun manufacturers they represent. Either that or Tea Partiers warning him to behave or they will primary him in the next election.
Edit: He may have been proNRA in the past, but he voted to end the filibuster on the gun control law. This is not allowed. They must put a stop to it. They have already warned all of them that they will be watching to see who they will primary according to their vote on this bill.
