Anime drawing supplies/help guides?
So a while back ago I saw this sketch book that had lines in it for head sizes which I have seen in many manga/anime books to help with proportions I was wondering where you can get something like this and any other supplies you may consider a good thing to have. Including maybe a good beginners guide to drawing anime. website or book is fine.
to be honest I have no idea who my favorite artist is being as I have only watched anime I never really looked into who does what. I do like specific anime styles though like, darker than black, naruto, bleach, death note, dance in the vampire bund, rosario + vampire, berserk, and one of my all time favorites is rurouni kenshin. Any ideas where I should go from here?
So I believe rurouni kenshins artist was Nobuhiro Watsuki... but ever knowing this where do I begin can you give me a bit more insight?

Honestly I think it's better to just pick your favorite anime artist and work off of that. How-to-draw anime books are horrible terrible awful and will teach you how to draw a poor excuses for anime. But if you still want one to start with, go to Michaels or Blicks. I know for sure Michaels has them. Or a Barnes and noble.
