Please help me to buy a camcorder with these facilities..please?

please suggest any camcorder which has the following: -Focus ring..(mannual focus) -upto 240 fps highspeed recording...at HD such as 720p or 1080p or lower -im using it for short film:so i need 1080p full HD recording... Can anyone suggest lowest price camera with these full conditions..thanks in advance 10 points for best answer

    You would get a better answer in the camcorder category. The Panasonic HC-V700 does all you ask but only 60fps max and is only about $450.
