Can omnipotent God destroy a soul?

Soul being God , it is indestructible and God does not commit suicide .

the eternal torment is not created by God .It is all man made .Why blame god for our faults ..If god were to be attending to all the faults we make and attends to their repairs , why should there be a God at all?

he has given us the life and the senses and the brain to analyse the inputs of the senses and decide respectively.Let us do it .

Heaven and Hell are our creations .It is we who should teach the children of what is right and wrong .We do not attend to it and we just produce some animals and create devils by ignoring to teach them and mould them..Sex which is for procreation is being misused for recreation .All the woes of the world are the result of it .there are some barbaric religions that glorify sex as the sole purpose of life and the sole duty of God as the procurer of sex for his worshipers .What is meant for creation should not be used for recreation.

A soul is a small slice of God's spirit. God cannot destroy himself, despite being infinite in power. Omnipotent doesn't mean 'can do anything' contrary to popular opinion.

No soul is forced to suffer torment against its will. Some choose to, but only for a time.

Athma is nithyam. It is said in vedas. Vedas means Bhagawath aagnya (command). So it is clear Bhagawan won't break His own rules. You can be rest assured that you are eternal.

Then why eternal torment?

Who said so? Suffering will end one day for sure. Only that date is not known.

One can not destroy his shadow or his mirror image as the soul is part & partial of god. The One & only One is everything & all. The soul realizes itself as god only & nothing else at well matured stage.

Yes as Omnipotent god he can do anything ,. but there will be strong reason for that , there is a reason for everything , as ignorant soul we can't go beyond material conception to know whats happening ...

People do it to themselves when they let feelings such as fear, rage, hatred, anger, malice, jealousy and so-on, overtake them. They do not make an effort to control and manage their dark feelings in more constructive rather than destructive ways, during times of heated debate, or any upsetting period of communication with another human. They either suppress or irresponsibly vent and take their frustrations out on other people, rather than be strong and make an effort to express their dark emotions justly, and without doing things such as insulting anyone and resorting to name-calling, slandering, or throwing a pot.

(Matthew 10:28) And do not become fearful of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; but rather be in fear of him that can destroy both soul and body in Ge·hen′na.

Only Jehovah God can do this, and Jesus was pointing to him that he can do this. But what is more important then this is that he desires none to be destroyed.

(2 Peter 3:9) Jehovah is not slow respecting his promise, as some people consider slowness, but he is patient with YOU because he does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.

NO, No one can create or destroy soul. This is the energy as defined in physics- cant be created or destroyed.
