Does your Computer suddenly start playing audio of the Lords Prayer, like the trailer of a movie?

My computer starts playing audio at random during the day. It is always the same, it starts with a crazed male persons voice reciting the Lords Prayer, which turns into a conversation with someone about not wanting the cops involved... Like a movie plot or a daytime drama. Ten points goes to the first person that can help me eradicate this voice in my electronic brain. Thanks.

Update:

Wow, thanks for validating that I am not crazy. Hope someone can provide a solution, now there are 3 of us, and who knows how many others.

Update 2:

Update: I have been taking action to try to figure what this is. I ran CA Virus scan overnight, nothing detected. Ran Spybot - fixed all errors found. Updated all Windows updates (Windows 7). Then rebooted, seeing 52 updates being applied. During the application of those updates, the audio started playing again. When I rebooted, Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool reported that "Trojan:Win32/Sirefef.BC" had been discovered and removed. Hope this was it, if not will follow process 3rd answerer has given. Points to them for a viable solution.

Update 3:

I did check the Task Manager, and no application was shown running while the audio was playing.

Open Task manager (alt+ctrl+delete) and check if there's anything running in the application tab, if so take note of what it is and end the process to see if the strange audio stops. If it stops you may be able to uninstall the troublesome application (if it's unimpotant). If it doesn't stop, go to the Processes tab and make sure the check box at the bottom (show all users) is Unchecked... This become a long procedure now... Open googel on your browser and search each process one by one to see if you find any info pertaining to the symptoms you described, from there if you find something that seems like it would match the culprit there should be information on how to disable it ( most likely found on bleepingcomputer.com or microsoft.com)

Hope this points you in the right direction to resolve this, good luck

My computer started doing this exact same thing yesterday. I haven't been able to find anything about it.

It scared the crap out of me the first time it happened.

Right Click on the taskbar and open taskmanager.

    Go to "Processes"

Look for "This is not a dangerous virus"

Click on it and end it.

    Go to "Startup" bar.

You'll see list of startup items.

Click On "This is not a dangerous virus"

    Disable it

Right click on it and go to "Open file location"

    Shift-del it
