I have bags under my eyes?
I have bags under my eyes. I'm a high school student and I'm involved in extra curricular activities so I go to bed very late because of homework, and sometimes I just have a hard time falling asleep. I would appreciate tips on how to get rid of them.
Here's a pic, they're kind of bad. :( http://www.flickr.com/photos/69051666@N05/86432623...

Well the best thing is 1-3 nights worth of good sleep, however I recommend a vibrating under eye massager (the Garnier eye roller one is decent), because it is likely from excessive fluid build up. Otherwise if you don't have the money I recommend just lightly tapping the area with your fingertips to help release the fluid for a few minutes and a cool moist towel over them for a few minutes. This should release the fluid and reduce the swelling. You could also put a mixture of oatmeal and water on your face for about 5-10 min; oats are actually anti-inflammatory.
For your sleep problems try drinking a cup of milk before bed. A spoonful of honey for some reason works really well with some kids, so it might work for you. Really just do anything that relaxes you, music, meditation... its for you to decide. Try not to get too worked up before bed, just be calm, think about how tired you are and how productive you've been!

Buy some tea or something to make you fall asleep quick and you can get cosmetics like makeup to cover it up.
