Why doesnt motorola dsl modem 3360 connect to internet?
So the old dsl modem I had stoped working so I bought a motorola dsl 3360 I have At&T high speed internet and connected it.to computer i open the browser and adjusted the new modem and after that I can't get internet service and i also use a netgear wireless router so what do I do to get internet service the motorola modem cable is connected correctly with netgear router

Actually, with DSL service, you don't need to provide the mac address or serial number to your provider. However, the fact that you "think" your old modem died, and this new modem doesn't work either, leads me to believe the problem is with your internet service, not with either of the modems. Call your ISP and tell them your service is out. They'll fix it. Easy as that.

The 3360 is not wireless enabled. You will need a wireless device that connects to the modem/router for it to communicate with your laptop via wireless.

AT&T doesn't know you bought a new router Forrest. Call THEM! They can't connect to it without knowing the mac address.
