yes, the state can make a lot of money by taxing it and it will make drug trade less dangerous

No - I have a kind of addictive personality, and it was hard to quit smoking. I still have some other compulsive activities (all legal) but I wouldn't want another temptation.

Yes and no. My opinion is not yet set in stone for this matter. I sort of believe that people should have a right to put whatever they want into their own body, as long as it is not going to harm anybody else. Heroin, meth, ecstasy, crack/cocaine, etc., should still be illegal but I think it wouldn't hurt to let marijuana be legal.

it would decrease the crime rate highly and it would help cops be able to tend to other emergencies that actually need to be tended to not some drug deal gone bad because of weed but then it would suck for people who sell it because the value would go down
