Fantasy romance anime?

Question

I'm looking for a romance fantasy anime with action comedy and friendship. I'd like the anime to be atleast 40 episodes. I also like ecchi, school life and harem animes but that isn't a must. It has to be fantasy tho. No slice of life.  And lots of super cute romance. And the main characters need to be atleast teens no kid characters. Also no graphics like escaflowne or fruit baskets.
