If the lakers win the Finals this year?

will it be considered that Kobe won a 6th ring, even if he was injured during the time?

BQ: How would this compare to Jordan's 6 rings? And in case the Lakers win again next year, will people consider him better than Jordan because he has 7 rings?

There is no if...They're losing the first round

yea he would win it. As far as comparing him to jordan, I dont think that its the same because kobe wasn't even the best player on his team for the first 3 times he won it, while jordan was. And no, if he has 7 rings he still won't be better than jordan.

Yes he would have six rings.

BQ- Ring count is irrelevant. No number of rings will ever put Kobe at Jordan's level, let alone surpass him. Rings hold very little weight when comparing players, because they are won as a team. How much emphasis would you put on Steve Kerr's 5 rings when comparing him to John Stockton or Allen Iverson?

ring count is not irrelevant, and just because shaq was first option does not mean he was the better player. lets see shaq score 81.

kobe is a better shooter than shaq, mj and lebrick. Therefore he is more skilled. its that simple.

Yes he would get a ring. But that would be a gigantic 'if.'
