Can the Arduino board be resold in a kit?

Is it legal to sell a kit online with the Arduino board in it? The Arduino board is open-source.

    Yes, you can resell projects with Real Arduino's or your own version of the Arduino. If you make your own version (about $15), you can't call it an Arduino, but can call it a Arduino compatible.
