Am getting my 11th grade results tomorrow and am really tensed..!!!?
Ok so this year our education board decided that the 11th grade board results affect your college entrances (40% weightage to the results) and the results are tomorrow!!.. i didn't really expect the results to come out in under a month. And though i did fine in the exams i am suddenly feeling paranoid.. :( .. I feel tensed , my palms are sweating, i feel seriously nauseous (don't know why)
and i am wrestling with that little feeling right now that says im going to fail horribly.. :'( .. I just want help to get over that nervousness of 12 hourss. pls help.. :(

Firstly, that's totally normal and everybody is feeling the same way right now. Chances are it will go better than you think. The best thing to do is distract yourself. Go see a movie or hang out with friends or whatever. Get out of the house and try to do something that is fun and distracting. The 12 hours will go by much faster if you do that. Good luck!
