How to get rid of milia under my eyes?

I hate a lot of white little spots under my eyes and they are really annoying me, they don't look nice at all and now they're noticeable.

How can I get rid of them quickly at home? I'm 15.

Update:

I do not want to get rid of them with a needle!

I'm afraid using a needle is the best way to get rid of millia under the eyes.

Take a clean needle (sterilise with boiling water) and gently pierce the middle of the millia. Gently squeeze out the white hard ball (this is the keratin ball that builds up under the skin).

Then clean the area and leave it.

You could try using a warm flannel over the area first, this makes it easier.

Also you could try an exfoliating scrub, but this isn't normally effective as the millia is deep in the skin.

They are very common around the eyes. Try and avoid beauty products containing mineral oil as these really make millia worse.

You can also have them removed by a dermatologist....but they will use a needle to do it!
