Who killed Meredith Kercher?
I Know this incident happened in 2007, and asking about it in 2013 seems odd.. But i just want to know, who do you think killed Meredith? Why was Amanda Knox thought to be the murderer? Where was she at the time of merediths death? And i hope this next bit doesnt sound offensive/racist, but supposedly wasnt there a black man involved also? Was he the one who suposedly killed her? Thanks for anyones help.. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could answer the above questions. I've tried reading about it on the internet but the explantion is sooo long etc etc.. could someone just sum it down for me what people at the moment think happened i.e how meredith died? thanks.

Meredith was killed by Rudy Guede, there is no doubt about it.
Rudy left SO much DNA evidence at the site, its gotta be him.
Amanda was spending the night at her boyfriend's apartment the night Meredith died.
Mr.Mignini, the Prosecutor in Amanda's trial, had no evidence or reliable witnesses or a motive but rather than give up, he took on this case as a challenge.
He thought up this theory about Amanda being a sex crazed drug fiend, she was in Meridith's room having a drug fueled orgy with Rudy and her boyfriend. Meredith refused to take part in a perverted act. Amanda said co-operate or we'll kill you.
Non Americans believed Mignini's story to be true, so Amanda got 26 years in prison for murder. The newspapers in Italy and Britain actually printed Mignini's theory. Mignini acquired a legion of fans called the guilters. They want Amanda back in prison no matter how much evidence there is of her innocence.

If the Italian judiciary system & the police haven't loused up collecting & examining evidence, Guede in prison for Merediths murder, would have company.
He didn't break into the house, he was invited there by Knox.
She gave open invitations to strangers, to call at the house any time, day or night.
Knox & Meredith were NOT friends, they were house mates.
Meredith was a decent girl, she was using her time in Italy wisely, had employment & was well liked.
Unlike Knox, who was jealous, always owed money, to buy cannabis, refused to do her share of housework & spent her time stoned & having sex.
She is the catalyst to Merediths death & the sooner a retrial is opened the better.

In 2011 Amanda got an appeal. After further testing they found that the DNA on what mignini called the murder weapon was rye bread.The testimony by the witnesses was determined to be BS. Everyone who thought Amanda was guilty were proven to be stupid, including the newspapers that printed Mignini's lies.
