How will I know if the Scorpio I'm interested in is serious with me? He wants me to see him in Dubai.?

I almost married his brother. He was the one who sent the friend request and we talked on the phone sometimes. He was really sweet and funny with me. Kept saying I was so beautiful and he wanted to find a wife like me. He said he wanted a Mexican woman like his brother. I knew that he liked me, I could feel it! Literally feel it. I tried pushing him away even though I was attracted to him, the pull was so much I dreamed about him and us having sex! I finally told him I dreamed of us having sex in Dubai, we've had phone sex a few times and I'm still feeling he likes me. He backed off a little to make sure I'm done with his brother. He wants me to meet him still in Dubai. I plan to go there after I complete my degree, I'm not sure if he wants more than sex with me, he said he wants someone to love. I'm a little worried about my weight but don't think it will be as much of an issue for him compared to his brother.
