Man am I embarrassed! Vitamin removal help? please?

I realized today that a grocery store brand of vitamin has betrayed and lied to me. The packaging says that I should daily take 2 tablets totally 1,000 mg, which I did for 2 weeks. However, after feeling 'off' for the last couple of days I double-checked that online, the correct dosage is 5 mg a day. I don't want to go to the hospital if I can avoid it. How do I remove 140,000 mg of cobalt aka. Vitamin B12 from my body at home?

I am not presently sick with any condition that would require such a massive quantity of cobalt in my body.

Yer *what*? Vitamin B12 isn't cobalt. I suggest you read the label again, and make sure you aren't confusing milligrams with micrograms.
