Also similarly an hour north on the Sunshine Coast hinterland ...places like Montville , Maleny , Mapleton , Flaxton..amazingly beautiful at this time of year.While you're up that way there's Irwin's Australia Zoo to see as well as Underwater world at Moolooaba.

The Gold Coast has all the theme parks & is one continuous amazing beachfront for kilometres.
