Will Zalman CNPS9700 be enough to cool amd Fx 8350?

I just bought this AMD processor and not sure how powerful it is..It came with a stock cooler. I'd prefer to use the Zalman cooler but that is old too..so here i am asking...the question above and..

How about cooling with Zalman CNPS9700 when overclocked?

Update:

I also have a Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z(ROG) motherboard and 2x8Gb Kingston Hyper beast at 2133Mhz..Will that count for anything?

What kind of overclocking are we talking?

My 8350 just about saturates the capacity of an H100 at 1.5 volts and 4.8 GHz.

I'd imagine the CNPS9700 would be fine for a more mild overclock, but I believe the 'max safe' temperature when overclocking as quoted by AMD is around 65C or so.

You could probably push 4.5 GHz or so around 1.35-1.4v without too many heat issues.
