Does anyone remember this show?

I remember watching a little kid's show in the late 1990s, early 2000s about a little girl. I don't remember what her one friend was exactly, but this friend was a big red creature. She had one of those old-time cameras that printed the picture out moments after you took it. In each episode she would take pictures of something that was in that episode. I wish I had more information, but I don't and I need help!! Does anyone remember??
