i use a solar cover my neighbor owns a store and gave me a discount

Drain the water to the lessen filter gap and go away that gap unblocked so any rain water will go with the flow out. Not ever empty your pool entirely or it is going to dry out and get many holes. I use the 2 hoses from the pool to the pump related together so any water that flows out will drain faraway from the pool. Bear in mind to take your pump indoors if viable or insulate it actual good to hold from freezing.
