hi, is it safe to shave using veet during or right after my period? thanks!?

What about waxing? i was told by the salon to wait a few days after my period before I can wax. What is the reason for doing so?

    It's not a safety thing at all. It's a pain thing. Your skin is more sensitive during your period and waxing tends to hurt more. So yes, you can shave or use veet if you like without worries. Just follow the directions.

    I'm sure it has something to do with blood flowand sensitivity. Shaving is perfectly fine.
