My fiends make fun of the guys i like? easy 10 pts!?

I'm 19, 5 foot 7 and a girl so I'm pretty small and for some reason all of the guys I've been with recently have been big boys. Some would say fat, but there all athletes so they aren't weak or lazy. I'm more interested in personality and my friends keep picking on me bc there like Ohh she just likes fat guys. It really bothers me. My friends are all much shorter than me and def not small. I think they have no right to be picking on someone elses weight. Isnt it rude for them to be doing this??
