How to not get so stressed.?

I have my biology GCSE coming up and its additional and triple on the same day. It's really early and before I get time off for study leave so I've been trying to revise like crazy for it. But I'm so stressed! I have tons and tons of exams other than biology to worry about and I have a lamda exam this sunday and then I have art and re before study leave aswell! I also have a music theory and piano grade 5 exam soon.

I really need to get to biology now! But whenever I go to do some questions or a past paper I start crying like crazy because I don't know anything and I'm so worried that I feel like I could puke. I really want to do well! It's not like I've left it to the last minute! I have done other revision but I'm bad at applying my knowledge plus I can't concentrate when I;m crying like crazy! I can never get anything done!

Please! I really need some help!. I don't have enough time for everything and I need to just get on.

I can't talk to my parents because they would say stop messing around and my teachers would just give me more work to do and my friends won't understand. I would tell my sister but she always was stressed about her exams and she gets stressed aswell so its not like she has a solution.

Also I wanted to audition for my schools musical and I practiced but I realized I couldn't because I simply didn't have time! I was really annoyed about that as well :(

    Put this into perspective.

    You're on a ball of mud and water floating through space. You are one of 6 billion other creatures similar to you on this ball of mud, along with trillions of other creatures big and small.

    This ball is billions of years old, yet it is still extremely young compared to the rest of the universe. There are an incomprehensible amount of planets in the universe, and it is very possible that there are an infinite number of alternate dimensions each with it's own incomprehensible number of planets.

    Your problems are of zero importance. Humanity's existence is of zero importance. Not a single thing that ANYONE ever does will leave this planet.

    In other words, calm down. Everything will go on with or without you. You might as well enjoy life while it lasts. Go for a walk and just look around. Take a nap. Relax. Panicking will do nothing other than make you waste precious seconds that you will never get back.

    You'd be surprised what you can accomplish when you realize that nothing even matters. It doesn't seem stressful anymore. Hell, it seems downright fun. After all, you could literally **** this test up entirely and it won't matter in the grand scheme of things.

    Nothing you or anyone else will ever do is truly important. Take comfort in that fact. Life will seem easier when you realize everything is simple and trivial.
