Who has tried Quinoa?
Have you tried Quinoa? How do you like it? What does it taste like? Do you put anything in it and how do you cook it?

If you like tapioca pudding, you should go for Quinoa, but it needs to be dressed up with stuff like chicken or beef broth, with peppers, onions, meats, like chicken or shrimp, various spices like oregano...look here online for recipes or in quinoa cookbooks..it's a bit bland without being dressed up. When I say tapioca pudding, I mean the quinoa feels like the tapioca does in your mouth, ball-y if you will, like little soft pebbles in your mouth. It's really quite good dressed up withother stuff. Usually you rinse it off well, then boil with water or broth.

It's like rice but a bit more flavorful. It can basically be used anyway you would use rice.
