Is it networking problem?

In our office we are using a broadband connection and the same is shared by all the 8 computers in the office and it was running at a good speed of 2mbps on all the computers but from the last few days the connection is very slow on my system while its working fine on 1-2 computers, please suggest some ways to solve this problem, is it a networking problem or some body has restricted the internet speed on my computer?

    This is may be virus problem in local area network computers in your office.

    you find out, which computer produce unusual internet traffic and install updated antivirus.
