Will removing hard skin make shoes painful?

This is an odd question but considering hard skin if not painful is like a thickened layer from use, could removing it cause more pain when walking?

I know it sounds odd but I have a lot of hard skin on my feet, I'd like remove but I walk a lot (the cause of it) and I'm worried removing the hardness will expose more tender skin. That maybe the hard skin is there for a good reason?

Probably completely off base but I can't help wondering :)

Having been to Chiropodists and having dead skin professionally removed, my feet felt wonderful like I was walking on air. Obviously if you continue to wear ill fitting shoes or toe scrunching heels etc then the dead skin will rapidly return to protect joints etc

Wrap your pinky up in a bandade. And ensure that the sticky phase isn't positioned over the vertical split. You're going to ought to do this for a few months at a minimal, so be aware of that going into this. Adequate. Otherwise, go see your loved ones Doc. He can have whatever to connect the toenail collectively so that you won't be pulling it apart all the time. Or, you might buy some crazy glue and take a look at to attach the two sides of the toenail collectively and then gently sand the ends down so that there may be nothing to seize on while you put to your sox. That's all i know to support you, just right good fortune with it. I do be aware of that it hurts like (@$^^&^&##)

I suppose it depends on how your going to remove it.

I have one of those Ped Eggs and it's quite good but I prefer Pickles Ointment, it's really good but you have to be careful because if you put it on ordinary skin it will strip that off as well.

I think it's only a couple of quid from the chemist.
