Can you check out my story on Wattpad?

Hey guys I started a new story on Wattpad and I'd really like people to check it out. I'm sharing it as many places as possible because I'd really like to get some feedback on it. Thanks!

Since your story doesn't seem to be about teenage outsiders who are smart and beautiful...

Because it's not about werewolves and glittery vampires and zombies in love...

Perchance because it has adult themes and content...

    I'd be delighted! :)

    Read, voted, commented. Nice story.

It's good, and I'm afraid that Wattpad might be the wrong place for it. IF you want it to be published, I mean. If you don't, leave it there and it will be fine.

If you DO want to publish it...

Websites like Wattpad and Booksie have a flaw: They can be searched by search engines, such as Google and Bing. That means your work is already published. Most publishing houses buy the first-time publishing rights, and your story is already published!

I'd recommend Scribophile. You can't see what's on Scribophile from search engines. You can get some SERIOUS reviews, not "Oh, I love your work!". The other users will be harsh to it, pointing out every, little flaw, but they will be kinder than an agent will be of those flaws, and you'll end up with a much better story.

It's your call, but I think this story has some real potential, and I'd love to see you post it someplace where it has a chance of publication.

I left a message on the first chapter. (SpongeElf)

I do think you shouldn't be introducing your characters in a chapter summarizing what they're going through and who they are. It should be shown to the reader, not told. But an interesting read; it makes the reader want to get involved in Beth's life.

If you could check mine out too, I'd much appreciate it http://www.wattpad.com/story/5321103-returning-tab...

Consider finding an on line writers circle to exchange critiques with. You get as much benefit out of reviewing the works of others as you do from the feedback they give your own works.
