how do I know if someone set up an external pop access to my account?
My account been recently hijacked and used for spam. I changed the password within the hour. However, how can I tell if the hijacker did not connect with pop or imap and downloaded all my e-mails?

Hi there,
POP would require you to have a Mail Plus subscription which you do not have. It may be possible to do it with IMAP but highly unlikely but there is no way to be sure of this. Now I have included an article that provides further information regarding this matter.
