Which games have the deepest car customization on Xbox 360?

I'm looking for a car game that has deep customization on the cars. Like body kits, spoilers, mufflers, sounds systems, etc. I have Midnight Club: LA, Forza: Horizon, and a couple NFS games.

    Forza 3 & 4 .

    Forza Horizon does not have Tuning nor car auction.
