    Not sure if you're vegetarian or vegan, so I'll give you a few ideas for both. I'm basing this on the basic ingredients that most people have, and the recurring things we have left when food starts to run out;

    Vegan/ (+) Vegetarian:

    Sandwich; Peanut butter, lettuce (+cheese), raw mushroom with a little salt, (+) chocolate spread

    Pasta with tomato sauce (+cheese/sauce); baked or mashed potato (or yam) with (+)butter or vegan spread (very filling!), baked beans on toast; stir fry with any vegetables left over and rice (homemade sauce is easy - some oil, a little sugar and some spices); porridge/cornflakes with fruit if you have any; stew with tomatoes, potatoes, and any root vegetables you may have, and dumplings if you have any vegetable suet; ramen noodles; pancakes - easily made vegan by omitting eggs and replacing with either cornflour or oil...

    That's all I can come up with atm, but I hope there's something in there that you can do :)

    Nothing to eat, or almost no food, which is it?

    I'd say, eat the food you have.

    What a waste of energy this one was. 2 points thanks.

    Buy some Top Ramen. It is cheep and filling.

    Always try to stock on some food when ever it is on sale.

    Don't you have peanut butter and jelly or some pasta to make it always fills you up. Or have big baked potato with cheese, sour cream and butter.

    order a vegetarian pizza or walk down to your nearest convenience store and buy some cup noodles/ramen.

    Whatever you have that gives you some calories, make use of it. Don't think about what you could or should have. Just think energy.

    Condiments, bread, uncooked pasta, etc.
