Lucid dreaming help?!?

So I was reading about lucid dreaming and and I get SP without trying I'm not sure if its really SP but ill be dreaming (not lucid) then suddenly I'm hearing stuff that is playing irl but I can't move, so I struggle to move and start to wake up but it feels like I'm being sucked back in. Anyway I'm wondering if that's a first stage in lucid dreaming and how can I get into lucid dreaming from that

That would be similar to what people report as OBE. It can be explained as the mind generating ideas based on incoming sensory data, such as the television being on, and caused by your most recent environmental setting. For the last couple of nights, I have had the same problem, usually early on in sleep. I have to get tired enough, and than it doesn't seem to happen.
