Every morning I use olay fresh effects shine
Shine go away cleanser with the Olay cleansing brush. Then I put the satin finish lotion on and the fresh effects bb cream. At night I use biore acne clearing scrub.
Do u think this is to much for my skin? Will it dry it out to easily?

Yes. Try using one to two of those a day. If you use one or two, your skin will be smooth. However, if you use all that, your skin will easily get dry.
