Right click anywhere on your desktop background.. click screen resolution.. click advanced settings.. there you go. Unless you have more than one video card installed then I'm not sure how..

If you need to find out what card you have in your system, go to "Start" and in the search bar at the bottom, type "dxdiag" without the quotes. Click the "Display" tab and it should be listed at the top.

click start, then control panel, afterward device manager, click on display adapters, and there you go
