El curso que viene tengo que ir a Alemania y estudiar para Erasmus. Yo seré nerviosa pero emocionada.

I dont know what "erasmus" is, but if it's a subject you don't need 'para.' If it's a test or something like that, you need to say 'para el / la erasmus."
Remember, 'ser' describes how a person is, and you're not naturally a nervous and excited person. That's pretty conflicting! And I would use 'estoy' as you are currently having those feelings about the future. Or if you have yet to experience them, say "voy estar".
