Will this motherboard fit my case?

My original motherboard is (scroll down for pic):

I want to replace it with:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009HP42J4/ref=ox...

If i use the same case, will my new motherboard fit on that case?

Update:

I mean will i be able to screw it in, the screwy things seems to be pre set in the case

    what kind of case do you have? Anyway you're mother board is a micro atx. If you look up you're case and it says it can support micro atx it should fit fine.
