When you capitalize letters in sentences do you use the caps lock button?

Or the shift button?

I always rapidly tap the caps lock button twice when capitalizing letters.

Update:

Update 2:

I've always used caps lock because for some reason using the shift key feels really uncomfortable and unnatural? People always call me out on this while watching me type and it makes me so mad like mind your own typing business at least I type 64 WPM unlike you Mr. 46 WPM.

I never use caps lock for that purpose. i think i try to avoid the double click.. plus you have to use shift for special symbols like @ or (), so i dont see the point in using caps lock
