I'm developing feelings for his best friend. What do I do?

I've been seeing this guy who we'll call Joe for quite some time now. As soon as we decided to be in a serious committed relationship, he cheated on me. I decided that since it was so early in the relationship I could get passed it. Meanwhile, his best friend who we'll call Tom is always around. Even though Joe leaves us alone together all the time, nothing's happened. But I'm starting to develop pretty intense feelings for Tom. I even find myself looking forward to going over there just to see him. I don't feel the way about Joe I used to. I don't want to tell either of them. I just want to break up with Joe & if it's meant to be with me & Tom later on down the road it'll happen. I guess I'm just confused. I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?

Joe is not a keeper. You will lose nothing by ending it - in fact, he's probably cheated on you again since the last time. Your feelings have faded so no harm, no foul. End it. It's not headed to a long term thing. You are killing time, and you wouldn't like Tom if you weren't. 

Tom may be the real deal, but right now, you can't explore that. End it with Joe the douchebag and go for it.

Breakup with Joe, but dont jump to Tom because it will be a rebound.
