Why won't the internet start up?

I did all that you suggested and Google nor yahoo will let me sign in. I am sad. Laptops hate me. :Laugh please

    Configure the network connection, type and visibility options properly after reinstalling the net software.

    Maybe ur lappy has connection problem.....
