PS3 Batman Arkham City Game of the Year edition?
I am new to the PS3 and I bought this edition that has all the expansions, Robin, Nitghtwing, Catwoman, etc., but I do not know how to access this characters or how to change the Batman's outfit. The Gamestop guy assures me that all those things are there, I just can't figure out how to bring them up.
Thanks.
Do I have to beat the game before I get to use the other characters or change outfits?

The extra characters are only available in Challenge mode (Riddler's Revenge), and the extra outfits are only available in either New Game+ after beating the game or Challenge mode.
The exception is Catwoman who has her own special story segments during the main game at parts. After you beat the game, you can switch between Batman and Catwoman to complete the remaining side quests and collectibles.

Robin and nightwing are in challenge mode and Batman's suits will show before playing the game(haven't played in awhile) so check the extras and options menus as well
