Can my eyelashes recover?

I've heard some people say that if you wear waterproof mascara that you can really dry out your lashes and it will make them brittle. If I stop using it for a while, will my lashes grow back okay?

    Get disposable mascara wands. (they sell them at Walmart and Dollar Stores) dip them in Vaseline and apply that to your lashes. Let it dry for a bit and take off any excess with a q-tip. Then apply your mascara overtop. :) It will also make your lashes grow..

    Probably, perhaps try a bit of vaseline over night as well :)
