Could overdosing on Advil or ibuprophen cause epilepsy ?

I mean reoccurring seizures about every couple of months, not just a seizure occurring after the initial OD.

    No, not directly.

Ibuprofen reduces your clotting, which can lead to bleeding, especially in the stomach.

It is possible that with other risk factors, this could lead to a hemorrhagic (bleeding) stroke, and the damage from that stroke could possibly cause seizures later.

If you had a bleeding stroke, you would know. There is about a 50% chance that you would be dead, and even if you survived it, you would be far more affected than "I have a few seizures a year". You'd be lucky if you could walk and talk after months of therapy.
