This is the 1st time building a computer and I want to be able to use it for gaming and regular use. Is all this stuff good enough to run BF3 on high or ultra. The reason for a computer is because consoles are just getting too old for me. Also is there any stuff I can downgrade on to save me money. Like do I need the 16GB of RAM? Also is Windows 7 Home a good operating system or can I boost it a little? Also does how much does Directx11 sound cost? Do I need anything else or is this good?

The SanDisk cannot be used as a boot drive you'll need something else (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8... Where is your CPU its not in your list. Perhaps also grab a 660 Ti instead of a 650 Ti. Otherwise everything else looks good

I dont know a ton about the processor and stuff but i can tell you that you do not need 16GB of ram. That is overkill. And windows 7 home should work just fine.
