Anyone see The Place Beyond the Pines?
Just saw it and I thought it was horrible, or more or less nothing at all like I was expecting. Here's the trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XC4wLeeyNug Looks like its Bradley Cooper trying to catch Ryan Gosling? Wrong. Half the movie centered on their sons not in the movie. Seems like a shady way to advertise as a cop movie and make i some weird psychological movie

I wanted to see it at first, but it wasn't being shown at the theater I usually go to. So I watched it online and was very disappointed.
There seems to be a correlation between Ryan Gosling movies and misleading trailers. I'm talking about Drive. People thought it was another Fast & Furious film. Now granted, I love Drive, but I can see how some were angry based upon what they saw in the trailer. Well anyway, I'm glad I saved money on TPBTP. Gosling has been very hit or miss throughout his career, with many more misses than hits.

I saw it and I thought Bradley Cooper barely had a role and that the ending was very unsatisfactory.
