Don't we need a ban on "Political Correctness"?

At least it would be clear as to what everyone is "trying" to say...especially Obama.

No more Bans. Just speak your mind. It is a free country and part of your Bill of Rights. Freedom of Speech.

all I can tell you is, I couldn't stand it from the first time they pulled that garbage on us...

you remember Jimmy the Greek?! as far as I'm concerned they owe

Jimmy back pay all the way into the 80's when he got fired for expressing his

    opinion...that was a violation of our 1st amendment !

poor Jimmy was the scape goat for us all, and little did we realize they

were cooking the frog [ that's us, the frog ] slowly.

they actually violated a MAXIM...culture, is a MAXIM

are our culture, up until that time spoke its mind whenever and wherever felt necessary to do so.

sometimes that ended up with a fist meeting a face...whatever....just saying we were free to speak and we should still be, but the schools have been wordsmithing and mesmerizing the students....who were never told the whole truth, just enuf to sway them into being pc.

    anyways, we don't need no stinkin ban, we just need everyone to have the balls to speak plain and demand our right to do so, because;

" he who fails to exercise his rights, has none"!

You mean the practice where people voluntarily shun you for the stupid things you say?

Free speech includes the right of people to freely reply to your free speech.

Political correctness has no hold over you. Say what you want, but live with what you say.

I swear conservatives have the oddest ideas. They think freedom of religion means that they can shove their religion on people, without those people laughing at them too.

Yes, that would be the politically correct thing to do.

It's not required that you be polite, which is all that political correctness is. You can be a rude SOB and use words like chinaman and broad and wet back, etc.... You are free to do so. But there can be social consequences because others are free to think you are a jerk.

It is already a violation of freedom of speech. People do not have a right to not be offended or insulted.

This would be hard to enforce. Even if we had a mind reading device that we could implant in all politicians to get the truth, they would just learn to lie in their minds.

I think that discussion on the subject of PC are pretty pointless without specific examples.

No, just because you're not intelligent enough to understand the meaning of some words, doesn't mean that everyone has to stoop to your level.
