A couple of my suggestions would be a wealthy atmosphere, since yachts are expensive. Another suggestion is an Olympus-themed prom, specifically stuff relating to Poseidon (the Greek god of the sea).

How about a night to remember theme
it was from my brothers prom last year but it was really pretty
They booked a band and a catering team. and near the end of the dance they set of fireworks in the distance (on the boat) it was very beautiful we also had candles and the couples would put the candles with flowers in the water and the water glowed so pretty c:
