¿porque a mis programas de mi laptop....?
a mi compu les salio un a ink al final de los programas y ya no los puedo acceder es decir no puedo ir a un programa como windows media player o ares no me dsa acceso . i tiene unas letra que dicen ink al final que hago??

Puede tener varios problemas:
1-tienes un virus que tu antivirus no a podido exterminar y te esta borrando los programas
2-tu pc se le a dañado la memoria
